All our products ship from the charming town of Guadalupe, California—smack dab between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It's the perfect spot for delivering laughter coast to coast. Think of it as the middle ground where your humor makes a pit stop before arriving at your doorstep!

Refunds

Your happiness is our priority! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for returning your item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and custom-made items are not eligible for refunds. We’re here to help make things right!

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out within 30-days and we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Custom items are not eligible to be exchanged.

How long until my item ships?

We totally get it—you’re excited to get your hands on your new favorite things, and honestly, who can blame you? In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days, because waiting is the worst. Custom orders take a bit more love (and time), usually 3-7 business days. If it’s going to take longer, I’ll give you a heads-up—no ghosting here!

What if my mug arrives broken?

I do my best to wrap each mug like it’s the crown jewels, but occasionally, shipping gremlins have other plans. If your mug arrives broken, don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! Just shoot us an email at jill@pardonmyhumor.com with a picture of the damage, and I’ll send you a replacement ASAP. Your coffee deserves better than a broken mug!
